Sorry, Wayne, that is a well known fake. The whole design does not match that of an original Juncker badge.

Hello,
I agree with the others, it is a fake badge (BTW it is a pilot badge not a pilot/observer badge). Here is an original Juncker from my collection, and you can compare the feathering and wreath details.
