    FJ JUNCKER 1st PATTERN ENGRAVED

    Hi,

Here is an early badge, very scarce and maybe the hardest FJ badge to find when named and engraved.

i was seeking one for many years and i finally hunt one !

For my part i know only one other example ... from the same 4th Company/Regiment General Göring.

Feel free to comment and maybe show more examples.

    Thank you for looking.
    Xavier

PS : better pics will come in next days.

A desirable and personalised first pattern Juncker J1 para.
For sure this one spent time on the uniform, it shows wear but remained in textbook condition.
Might be researchable with the full name engraved on the backside of the bird.
A common practice for early para badges, many are engraved. Yours is from a desirable unit.

    Thanks for sharing.

Very nice indeed. Very similar to the Heitkamp badge.

A piece with history, the engraving makes you feel closer to the person that wore it John.

Excellent early Juncker with great inscription and history! The look and wear of the badge really brings this one to life, no doubt saw its share of action with an early Paratrooper.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little
