It is part of a finger ring.. Black enamel with emblem for cartouche with a gold tone band.. The enamel is real. The band itself appear to be a period blank. IF you had the money and wanted something not mass produced you could commission a custom made piece then,,like now. On certain custom rings a short cut that was taken would be to use a stick pin for the emblem face. Everything appears period except this emblem. ,,,,guess by the lack of response a Para stick pin must be a rare thing.
