LW Flak badge opinion please.

I was with a family yesterday and they show me this flakfight badge, it is said to come from the legacy of her father, who got it in 1945 in Berlin. For me it is a copy, please give your opinion on the piece, thank you.

Not an original badge. If he really got it in 1945, it must be a field made version. It´s hard to be a believer here though.
