                Hi Scott,

I have to say I think you have three very nice LW Badges there!

Re the Juncker "Pilot", to me the eagle looks silvered and the catchplate and outer hinge segments appear to have a gold finish. It's possible that this may actually be a Pilot-Observer with faded finish. I may be wrong, as I haven't researched the finish on late war Juncker badges in detail, maybe a silver looking eagle was standard for their late Pilot's Badges.

The JMME appears interesting - is that an early eagle (?nickel-silver) on a zinc wreath?

Your Juncker Para is worn, isn't it! I think the guy must have landed on it each and every drop he made! I'd suggest the eagle has also been re-attached at some stage. I'd call this a true "chraracter" badge!

                Regards
                Mike K
                Regards
                Mike

Evaluate the item, not the story and not the seller's reputation!

If you PM/contact me without the courtesy of using your first name, please don't be offended if I politely ignore you!

Scott, I agree with Mike, 3 nice, all original badges.

A 3rd pattern Juncker pilot, JMME RO with those big claws and a true veteran paratrooper
