Are all the zinc numbered Frontflugspange actual pendants from one manufacturer only?

Hi,

I am not sure if this is already addressed in literature or any forum threads.

Just looking at a couple of zinc numbered pendants and I see a couple of variations in design in different numbered pendants, (mostly in the leaves and the hanger hole area.
I was wondering if there were more than one manufacturer, or one manufacturer where the die maker just make one to look a little different, intentional or non intentional, between the range that he tooled?.
