The first badge looks like an original tombak Deumer but thanks to the good close up images on this badge it appears to have been de-Nazified and then re-Nazified.
It sure looks like it has been messed with around the swastika ?

The second badge looks good too.An unmarked zinc award made in Gablonz.
    Maker unknown,but possibly Adolf Scholze.

    Cheers,Martin.

Hi, thanks for your fast and very detailed reply.. Yes it looks that way Martin.. something has definitely been done to the swastika, I could see the heat marks on the reverse of the award around that area.

I've never seen this hardware before so was unsure it was genuine, How can you tell it is made in gablonz? The condition looks excellent on this one, I really like it..

I agree with what Martin has said with one ammendment that Deumer minesweeper with restored swstika is a zincer not tombak.
        Cheers,
        Hubert

Thanks for the correction Hubert...The basemetal sure looked like tombak to me.

The Adolf Schultze company,to whom this badge is attributed was in Gablonz..The reverese set up with the ball-hinge is typical of makers from this city.

                Cheers,Martin.

Hack job on the left, original swastika on the right.

Also, that replaced swastika doesn't match any known Minesweeper or KM badge design, so it's taken either from a different kind of award or from a fake (the latter seems more practical so as not to destroy another original).

                  Best regards,
                  ---Norm

Thanks Norm, really appreciate your help.. I shall stay away from that one. The second badge I listed seems the logical choice [emoji1303]
