    Aux Cruiser from "STIER"

Hi gents, I was lucky to get this early X-mas present from the family of the vet. Don`t have the whole story to it but I hope to get more information on this KM Soldier.
    Enjoy the pictures !

Wow, that's really interesting that one man would have three of the same badge -- two worn and one mint -- and all Junckers. I see that the one on the right is the most worn and hand vaulted, presumably his everyday wear badge while the one on the left is mint and unworn. The one in the middle is worn as well, maybe on a second uniform that was worn a bit less?

          Best regards,
          ---Norm

              Interesting group of Juncker's.

I have a HK award from a Stier crewman but it is a zinc Schwerin.

              Regards,Martin.

Thanks Sascha, that's why I asked for a reverse shot, lovely Junckers, I prefer the worn ones especially as they are attributed

Today I got part of the documents, so the group with the best AC goes in my own collection. Familiy is looking for the pictures now.....I will keep you informed on that.
                        Regards

Wow! Wonderful badges. And now the documents too. A terrific grouping for sure. Thanks for posting this.

                            Best regards,

Great to see! I see the Hilfskreuzer was awarded in November 1942. I wonder if Martin's zinc Schwerin from a Stier crew member was awarded later in the war.

Sascha, could you please show the reverse of the Blockade Breaker. Awarded in April, 1944 so I wonder if it's the dish-back zincer?

                              Best regards,
                              ---Norm
