That is correct for a WH destroyer badge.

Hello Bob,

This badge looks good to me. If it was coated with a protective lacquer, then that is probably why most of the gilting is still present. I think that this is one of the harder Destroyer Badges to obtain. In my travels, I very seldom encounter one of these badges. Nice Badge
