Help, My pin fell off my High Seas Fleet badge. What should I do?

Any suggestions on what I should do.
Is it better to leave the pin detached or get it repaired. If repaired is a good answer. Is there any restoration companies or people you reccommend?

Why show a picture like that? What does that have to do with anything?

I would second some better pics. To me the back looks too flat and missing several indicators of genuine badges from that poor pic.
