Better pics would definately help but U-Boat looks like an original Wernstein. Price around £200-£225. All the best

I agree the badge looks like a good one, probably a Wiedmann (ex-Wernstein).
I'm thinking 375-425 USD as a starting point, looks to have a lot of the finish.
