To bring this one back to life again, is there any further thought or information regarding the badge in post #8? Or indeed any other threads on this type of badge with this style of reverse hardware?
I've been searching but have only found this thread.

      Hi

Try this link to a badge with similar set up

      http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...6l+minesweeper

      Also search on "S&L minesweeper"

It popped up a few threads for me, but I have not checked them for this set up

      Hope that helps
      Graeme

Thank you for your help Gents. I've looked through most of the S&L minesweeper threads and couldn't find many examples with this reverse set up so was just checking I hadn't missed anything about it being a postwar setup or a fake etc etc......
          Thank you again.
          Best Regards,
          Adrian.

            Hi Adrian,
This is quite common S&L setup which can be found in minesweepers and other badges by this maker, not only in KM world. This variant is always unmarked.
In minesweepers reference table in this thread:
            http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=452142
it is classified as variant 2.4.6.
Enclosed pls find two other examples from Weitze's site.
            Cheers,
            Hubert

Thanks Hubert, I have a panzer badge with the same set up but as Minesweepers aren't quite as fashionable as other badges, not so many get posted.
