Tank Assault Badges -are they real?

I would sincerely appreciate any opinions as to the authenticity of these three badges. The unusual badge on the left is missing its pin. What is it? Thanks.

The middle is a nice S&L and the right is a good Aurich. The left is a converted shooting lanyard badge.

First one, no. Second on has a chance, third may be an Aurich. But better pics are needed really. Stewy

The catch on the first is very post war-ish. It may be a converted lanyard, but I'm sceptical, sorry. Stewy

Both PAB's are good but the late war S&L could be problematic considering the recent discloures of that companies post war activities. Lanyard is good as well.

that shooting lanyard thing has me scratching my head..
it's missing part of the wreath but it looks like the die was that way?

I vote 100% postwar on that one.

Chet... what recent disclosures of S&L postwar activity??

                    thanks,
                    Brian

just a thought: could the shooting lanyard badge thing be a WW2 era piece, but a factory reject (bad strike) that was then "pinned" and sold postwar?

Resembles a medal/ ribbon bar catch here.

I didn't even notice that photo...

I have never seen a catch like that on a wartime badge.. ?

Hardware on the back does look odd. Could the catch be a period repair/replacement?

If the last couple of posts are about the hinge on the S&L PAB (#5 and #11), that's a recognized hinge variant for S&L PABs. Considering, of course, that in line with what Chet said about S&L activities, it can't be ruled out that it could be post-war. The Aurich PAB is good.

                            Best,
                            Greg

This particular variant catch on the S&L PKA are considered to be wartime, as far as I'm aware. Stewy
