    IAB Wiedmann Wide Pin?

can i have an opinion on this IAB please. i'm just not sure of it.

looks like a wiedmann with the wide pin setup but the clasp looks too far over to the right. maybe the fittings have been replaced?

    any ideas?

    cheers, del.

Looks like a nice original Wiedmann to me, one you don't see that often.

thanks to all for the feedback.

it'll probably be on the e-stand before to long.

to be honest, i don't know why i buy some of the things i do.
i see something i haven't seen before and think to myself "better buy that or you'll regret it".

think the problem is i don't know what to focus on exclusively, although i can't seem to stay away from the daggers and bayos.

can i just ask, do you guys focus on one particular area of TR collecting or not? just seems to be so many interesting things to collect and i seem to get easily distracted - lol.

            cheers, del.

                Hi Del

I also think it looks ok, although the obverse is not in the best of condition.

As for areas of collecting, it can soon spread from one badge to another

                cheers

                    Hi Del,

Very nice original and extremely hard to find a Weidmann with the wide pin like this. Not in the best condition finish-wise, but a rare one and desirable because of the hardware.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little
