Hello,
I think this is a very poor reproduction I my opinion.
The back looks to have been painted with grey paint.
The powdery dusting looks to be artificial on the front I assume to simulate zinc pest or oxidisation
The 2 piercings look to have been done by someone wriggling a drill bit around on the right hand one making the neck much too narrow and the left hand one looks to be several drill holes close to each other rather than punched out with a die as per the originals.
