Army Flak Badge by Souval - Opinions Please?

Would appreciate any help on this Souval Flak Badge. I referenced Marc Garlasco' book and everythings seems okay at first glance. I will try and get some more photos of the eagle and maker mark.

Any opinions offered would be appreciated.
