    heer flak badge! good?bad? or just plain ugly????

    ok got this in a swop from a collecter mate so if she aint right no bothor as i can swop it back!! but what you guys think of this heer flak? looks like she made of brass and is fairly shinly,maybe a little to shiny! but what do you thing?? any help is most welcome!!!
