I would still like to see more example of RK, A.S., and AS (triangle) hardware from other badges like lufts and kriegsmarine.

Oh boy i'm excided. There is no "pronounced edge" and the pins from Luftwaffe Flak badges (mine and Marc's) are identical to pin from your badge. And the catch is the same as well! Here is the catch picture from your PAB (A.S. marked) and Marc's Flak badge (mine is identical).

Marc, I'm sure some of our members have various badges from these makers and will post them shortly.

              Robert, Don -

I don't have any period sources; the only modern source that I could find that said Grünwald is on the Neckar is Tucker. I can only find two modern Grünwalds in Germany - as mentioned before a city suburb of Munich, and a very small village in Baden-Württemberg that's a good 30km from the Neckar river. It's on this map, where there's a yellow mark in the middle lower area. I don't think this is the Grünwald we're talking about...

Gablonz is now Jablonec nad Nisou, in the Czech Rupublica, as Don said...

Could this be the modern Scholze company? From a modern directory of German metal ware producers.

I think so. And they are still in the "metal" products business. If i'm correct they are making some bike parts...??? I can tell that we are close to some kind of discovery (one way or another...). We should ask Igor...

Calling all WAF members, Calling all WAF members...

Guys we need your help. One more time I would like to ask owners of the following badge makers:RK, A.S., and AS (triangle) to post their badges pictures. Any kind of badge is worth to post it (it could be Kriegsmarine, Luftwaffe or Heer badge!). Thanks in advance!

                      Hi Robert,

I'm a little bussy at the moment and did not yet find the time to make detailed pics of the hardware but I'll try to do that over the WE

Thanks Philippe! I will be waiting. In meantime, please take a closer look at my bronze PAB with AS in triangle. I always thought that there is some slight wear off mark at the left tank light. Well, after taking the picture in resolution 2304x3456 i think that it could be die flaw mark after the die repair!<o =""></o>

                              Robert,
Do you have Tucker's book? It has a few AS PABs.

                                Marc,
                                I don't have it......
But please take a look what i found in thread by Herc (http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/forums/showthread.php?t=81612&highlight=Adolf+Scholze). Unfortunately, picture isn't in the high resolution, but if i'm correct his badge (the same AS with triangle, the same grass pattern, different - silver grade) have the same mark only in the early stage!
