    Condor Legion Plaque

I have a piece of a Condor Legion plaque that measures 200mm x 160mm of what appears to be stamped aluminum (?). On it is a banner across the top with "Legion Condor" on it. Below that is the German eagle with the swastika but the major portion of the plaque is a relief map of Spain with a Bf-109 flying over it. On the bottom center of the plaque it says "Im Kampf um eim Nationales Spanien 1936-1939". On the bottom edge of the piece is etched a name and a place - "Otto B. Lotig Cartegena". The piece is not painted but it does have a ribbon in the colors of the Spanish flag over the top right corner. I'm sorry I don't have a picture but I'm hoping someone out there might have some information on it. Any guesses?
