Medal Bar and Minatures

I picked this up today. Not only did I get the medal bar but the minatures on a chain that match the bar. The 40 Year civil Service medal has been turned around (bent not resewn (maybe he wanted to wear it without the swastika showing)). The medals are:

40 Year Civil Service
Cross for War Helpers
Red Cross
Officers Long Service
Olympic
Centenar 1792 - 1892 - for active military service

The chain has the same medals. Would had been supper to get the ribbon bar but no such luck. But I consider the chain to be extremely rare.

That's a beautiful medal bar and chain set -- all in outstanding condition. the addition of the miniatuers really enhances it.

My wife's uncle is a history professor in Germany and sent me the set below, to include a picture of the the soldier who earned them. It's a more common medal bar combo than yours, but it's still one of my favorite sets.
