I know I have seen these ribbon bar before, I just cant remember what it is.
Is this a good piece or a fishing lure??? Thanks for any input...

Hi Van,

That is Prussian Schnalle for 9 years long service. It is the third form, which was used from 1856-1875. These Schnallen were superseded by the Prussian 9-Year Long Service Medal, which was instituted in 1913. Looks like a nice example by Sy & Wagner.
