Italian-German Campaign Medal

Hello everybody,

what do you think about this Italian German Campaign Medal?

I think it is made of zink with a bronze finish. The lettering of "De Marchis" and "Lorioli Milano" is made in embossed style. But having a closer look I mentioned that the letters "De" of "De Machis" are missing.

Could the medal be period or is it a post war fake?

Medal looks a good type 2.
Don't understand what happened to the right foot of the man on the left.

What do you think about the ribbon? To me it looks like a new one.

Looking better in my PC at this medal I have to say I have some doubts about.
There are some dimples and some flaws on the upper part of the Fileni's arch, othe flaws show finish inside them, and it means finish was added later.
IMO finish is not original and, if the medal is good, is a post war addition at 101%.

Ribbon too doesn't look a good one.

A very doubtuful medal I would pass on.
