            Lammy,
Don't worry, your Ost front medal is fine. I have yet to see a complete list of numbers for this award. My own list is of fourty-one numbers which includes three LDO numbers. I am sure there are many more numbers that I am not aware of.

Ldo number 19 is attributed to E.Ferd Weidmann in Frankfurt

                Hello Lammy,

'19' is definitely a legitimate maker for the Eastern Front Medal. '19' is listed as a maker for this medal in Chris Ailsby's book: A Collector's Guide to World War 2 German Medals and Political Awards, on page #125. Here is an Eastern Front Medal by the same maker as yours, along with the issue packet.
                Best regards, Tom

The reverse of the issue packet is marked to E. Ferd. Wiedmann. The reverse side of the medal's suspension ring is marked '19'.

A closeup of the maker's name on the packet. Notice that the last name is spelled "Wiedmann" and not "Weidmann", as it is spelled incorrectly in some of the reference books.

Trying to get a better shot of the '19' on the suspension ring. Maybe someday I'll get a better camera.

Here is another packet by the same maker. This packet is for the Czech Occupation Medal. Once again, it is spelled "Wiedmann".
