Hi!

Yes, these medals are (as nearly EVERYTHING made in the 3rd Reich) faked as well.
With THESE pictures unfortunately it's not possible for me to state if original or not.

Yes they fake almost all german medals now and getting better at it. I personally don't care for the eagles head , or the two on the back, but there were lots of different makers ,this one looks too new...this one wouldnt be for me , so that's my opinion...see what others say, everyone has their own preference.
Search dealers sites and see what they are selling, and the threads here first , saves a lot of time you can many times answer your own questions before posting.

In my opinion this is a fake.

A bright brass finish.

I collect Long Service awards and have never seen one of these on a bar.

I have one just like it in my junk box.

Judging by the colour of the ribbon the photography is very strange ... try shooting it in daylight.

If Wayne says it's bad though it's not a good sign.

Here is a front shot of the one I have.

The ribbon has a Luftwaffe Eagle which is hollow backed.

Ribbon ring is thin compared to originals

The medal appears to be made of a shiny brass type of metal.
