I don't collect these so my knowledge is very limited. However, I do not belive this TDB to be an orginal. The two things that stand out to me are this: there is not enough room between the tank device and the borders and the backing material doesn't look right.

I didn't do an in depth studt of your pics but I believe its a good one.Just looks like the ribbon has been shortened.Actual ribbons and tank devices came in a couple of different sizes so clearance between the black borders can vary.
