Luftschultz Medal 2nd Class - opinions please

Hi Guys,

I have this Luftschultz Medal, 2nd Class. I think it's genuine with original ribbon, but I've been wrong (many times) before so would be grateful for opinions.

Too bad medals like these are very easy to fake, this is the reason why I hope someone make a good deep research about!
