Sorry, but for me this is not an original Social Welfare Decoration 1. Class. It appears to be a fairly well-made copy, but it lacks the overall quality of the originals. I don't like the case either.

I do not like it either, these were Godet made medals, have not seen any other maker.

I am not 100% expert on these but looks no good to me.
