Bastogne Ostmedal...

I visited my grandparents yesterday so why not a little trip to Bastogne...? Crazy prices out there (I took photo's of it for the non-believers) an Ostmedal (copy) for 79EUR, an Affe for 180EUR, do I need to go on? The museum/dealers selling all kinds of fake stuff to tourist-kids and beginning collectors at crazy prices.

Are you talking about that little museum and shop down the road from the Bastogne Memorial to Gen McAuliffe. They really do have obscene prices!! They totally cater to the unsuspecting tourists. I heard the original owners sold out and about three or four years ago. Bill

Did you manage a good pic of the late war Heer dagger in the shops window. completely overcome with zinc rot for €795 or the WW I EK II for €150. These guys are really unbelievable
