Ribbon Identification - Help

I was hoping someone could help confirm the identity of this ribbon please. I thought it was from an Austrian annexation medal but the Eagle Order could also be a possibility. I am assuming that it's not a modern copy. Dimensions are: 11cm long and 3cm wide.

On eagle order ribbons the black stripe is thicker then the white so its not a eagle order ribbon.
But it dont look like a Austrian flower ribbon either.

Non german? Non german made? Fake anschluss/eagle order?

It could be a repro ribbon, possibly Anschluss or Blood Order. Could you post a good clear shot of the ribbon edge?

Is a blood order ribbon repro without doubts
