Medal Bars for review

Here is the last group of parade mounts that I have a brief inspection period on. This grouping all seems correct but after finding out that the 5 place bar was bad, I am a bit spooked. Most of this collection has been good but there have been a few bad pieces. I appreciate the patience and your expertise.

Hello Dave,

All four of these look good to me.

Your two-placer was probably assembled before 1942, since the 1939 War Merit Medal is placed after the Hindenburg Cross. In 1942, the precedence of the 1939 War Merit Medal was elevated to where it would be placed before the Hindenburg Cross.

On your three-placer with the Prussian Red Cross Medal, you would expect to see the Prussian Cross for War Aid placed before the Hindenburg Cross rather than after it. However, this is not an issue to me and I do like the bar.

Nice ones. I would love to hold them in my hands though. the Red Cross one may be to a female, which explains the newness of the HK.
