Do a search on the forum. You'll see examples of Imperial and Third Reich medals. Also, there is a TR medal featured in Vol. 2 of For Fuhrer and Fatherland by Angolia.

Hi Guys Thanx. Good to learn something new, I did not know they even existed, and the similarity of the West Wall Medal ribbon, thru me off on another thread.

And Brian, Shortly after I did the initial post , I did a search And lo and behold.......... But this will help others I'm sure, who did not know about this medal either

I thought that the simularity of the West Wall and Lifesaving Ribbon was strong as well...until I placed the two medals together. The Lifesaving Ribbon is a bright yellow while the West Wall Medal was more of a brownish color.

I have never seen one of these - only in referance books, but I have seen the life saving medallion, which is the same design but much larger, and is a non portable award. I would love to own either!
