Ribbon Bar Question

I am sure I should know the answer to this question. I have just picked up an imperial ribbon bar, EKII, Cross of Honour, and a plain blue ribbon on the end no eagle device(colour identical to 3rd Reich long service ribbon). Is this an imperial long service award?

Could be Prussian LS, TR faithful service, Wehrmacht LS, without a ribbon bar device it is impossable to tell.

Yup, could be Prussian/Imperial Navy for XXV, XX, XV, XII, IX years or Reserve Landwehr Medal. Or Third Reich RAD 12 or 4, Polizei 8, or (theoretically) SS 8 or 4.

Chances are this is one of the Prussian ones.
