afrika korps ring

The ring looks fairly basic to me. I doubt that it is of the type that was made in the workshops of the north african towns. It looks to be a field made or post war made ring.
Any comments are most welcome. (has anyone else seen a ring like this ?)

This could be the work of a local artisan of the period..Could also be post war!

A lot of collectors might disagree but without some type of provenance this kind of ring has very little value,,unle$$ you need to buy this type for a representative ring for your collection. , G.
