I think the Prague bar was awarded to those who took part in the organisation of Bohemia and Moravia after having taken part in the Sudetenland annexation.

Terry is spot on, there were out of interest 134, 563 bars awarded........the medal was extended as Terry denotes in relation to the protectorate of Moravia and Bohemia and if you had taken part in both the Czech and the afore mentioned takeovers the bar was issued.
