It's unusual to find ANY WW2 medals mounted after the premature "Victory" anticipation of 1940. Basically only people getting married and so on bothered.

So it's rather unusual to find a lone East Front like this, but the TUNIC material backing is fairly common "recycling" for the circa 1943 period.
