    Identifying ribbon bars

Hello guys, does anyone konw whose medal bar is on the cover of Thomas's book? There was a pair of ribbon bars previously sold on ebay that are pretty matched to the one on the book's cover. Are they possibly belonged to the same person?

The medal bar on the front belonged to Luftwaffe Generaloberst Otto Dessloch. One of my favourite medal bars.

I remember these ribbon bars....I was out-bid at the very last!
I don't think these ribbon bars belonged to Dessloch though. He did not have the Hungarian Commemorative Medal. It is hard to tell from the photos what device imprint is left on the blue ribbons- Heer eagle devices?? Or Luftwaffe devices??
There is a colour photo of Dessloch wearing his ribbon bar which matches the medal bar combination.

            Kind regards
            Pierce

By the way in the first photo the prussian style bar does show a little bit signs of straight wing eagles.

That is what I thought I was seeing but could not be sure.

Did you win these ribbon bars?

                  Kind regards
