There is a decree permitting the wear of the Divisional Emblem, the Cross of Lorraine, on the field caps of the personel of the 3rd Panzer Grenadier Division.
Has anyone seen one or a picture of one being worn.
I have searched the net for many hours and only seen pictures of it on vehicles.
