My Wehrmacht 4 and 12 years Service Medals

Hello, here are some pics of my Wehrmacht 4 and 12 years Service Medals, i have some doughts, i will apreciate anyone knows please tell me.
i want to know about these medals, the piece in the ribbon (i dont know how to name it in english), how many "designs" are, i only know 2, with the wings extended and with the wings up (for the Luftwaffe, correct?).
so if the ones with the wings up are for the Luftwaffe, so the other with the wings extended belongs to all the others "divisions" of the Wehrmacht?
