    I wanted to ask if is there some risk with Hinderburg crosses? Are the copies, forgeries and newly made pieces in the market?

    Yes the Hindy crosses have been faked usually poorly.

    Your best defense is education.

    Have a close look at what your know are original crosses note the detail and construction under magnification (loup)

    Know what an original ribbon feels like and even smells like.
