Hi,
anybody know of any good militaria shops in New York (Manhattan). Going for a week and would like to pick something up.................

In my experience, the Peoples' Republic of New York is not the best hunting ground for militaria. Manhattan would be the last place in the city I'd expect to see such items for sale. There were a couple of places in the outer boroughs that used to sell but I believe they've all went the way of the dinosaurs.

Sadly we got none. But the best stuff is normaly at the flea markets there. Check out Hell's Kitchen its really small but thats where i hit my jackpot.
