Looks okay to me, but the lettering on the reverse seems a bit crude, is this normal?

Nothing wrong in this medal but the lack on the loop and the missing ribbon. Details are the usual in these items made of zink.
I´d bet it was made by Steinhauer & Lück

More than 75% of them haven´t the mm. Only Deschler marked the ring, the other makers didn´t it.
