25 Year Service Award (Fake?)

I'm not sure yet but leaning towards a good one with all the finish lost better picture's to be sure

Is that a casting mark i see between the arms?

Comparing these close-ups with some of my own 25 year crosses i do no longer have a good feeling about it. Between the arms and around the rim of the cross should be smooth. I have marked, what i believe to be the signs of a cast fake, on your pics. Basically it looks like the back and front where made separately and then stuck together, hence the line as marked.

the medal itself is NOT magnetic. The support ring IS magnetic. And it definitely looks like there is a casting mark around the medal edges. The bottom edge has a few jagged pieces hanging off and is unfinished.

I think Pierce is right. I have checked the rims of my cross and there are no seams. I would stay away from this one. It doesnt have that nice finish either
