ribbon bar with rare devices (2)

Hi,
today I want to show You another ribbon bar with rare croatian devices. Last ribbon unfortunately missing, the KVK ribbon had swords, also missing.



Opinions?
Any idea about the owner of the bar?

I've got the only Ante Pavelic bravery medal mini I've ever seen going onto my ribbon bar article from a Polizei collector friend.

Since Croatia, like old Austria-Hungary, used the same "war ribbon" for EVERYTHING (in Croatia's case, the same as the German Red Cross/Volkspflege ribbon), it makes sense that distinguishing minis were needed.

I no so little about Croatian awards, I do not know why the ribbon colors of what I would take to be a Medal of King Zvonomir (with bar?) are reversed.

Hi Rick,

the war ribbon is the red one with white stripes. (note the wreath under the miniature) The white ribbon with red stripes is the peacetime decoration (in this case Commanders dec. of the crown of Zwonimir). The war ribbon for a croatian order has EVERYTIME swords or wreath (Kriegsdekoration) attached.
