Yes it does look like the Reichs sports eagle,
and it looks like it is room for a name on the back,
maby a shoting award/sport award? Or just fantacy?

I´m not sure, I have never seen this on metal

I have only seen this on stick pin, like this one..

DRL/NSRL Sport Achievement Stick Pin in Bronze. It´s someting for Reichs physical education.

It's easily. Medals for Sportwinners, Backside was then engraved with date an name from kind of sports. (Maybee master of chickenthrowaway, ..joke)) Your medals are unused. Can be find sometimes.......
