    original medals parts place

    I wanted to start a thread for original medals pieces or parts of medals to be shown. this can also include damaged enameled badges etc. It can be damaged in battle or ? Lets see em if anyone has any .This one is a condor legion center. Its original , but its all i have. Its 21/32 diamater...and the swas is 1/32 above the ring it sits inside. (not flush).

          Its 1/32 thick on the base, not including the swas height wich makes it overall 1/8th" high including the swas height. (3.2 mm)or.32cm)

          also if someone needs a part of some medals someone else has , maybe they can find it a home here. Never know? I can recall seeing civil war eagle plates belt buckles and cartridge box plates with minnie balls stuck in them as a kid, so any real battlefield relics are welcomed that may never have had a chance to be seen, that might be considered junk.
