What about two row bar with Ostvolker to german who got as well Georgien Tamara, Baltic Cross, Finnish awards, Portugal Sanitatskreuz, Turkish, Bulgarien, etc stuff

thanks for the pic but i think the 3rd ribbon on the 2nd ribbon bar is not for the Ostfölker, i think it is a ribbon for Verdienstkreuz des Albrechts-Ordens mit Schwertern

on the 2nd ribbon bar is not a ribbon from a KVK or a Winterschlacht ribbon, the ribbon bar is befor 1936

the with stripes on the ribbon ar to small for a ostvölker ribbon
