It look like a total put together. I would give it the UV test to see if it glows.

Nothing too odd about it just the devices do not look right and the ribbons are way too new, but here is what they are pretending to be

1) ICII with 39 spange
2) Royal House Order of Hohenzollern
3) Baden Military Karl Friedrich Merit Order
4) Baden Orden vom Zähringer Löwen with a funny device
5) Hindy Cross
6~7) LW service medals
8) Danzig Danzig-Kreuz

There were only about 340 of #8 given out and here is the list

if this is legit it would be very easy to trace it to the one or two LW guys who got it

I doubt it is original as the devices don't even come close to period ones.
