What is this???

Hello,
I've had this for quite a while now and know absolutely nothing about it, I'm not even 100% certain that it's military although to me it looks like a military outfit. Any information (signifigance, rarity, value, reason for having dual pins) would be greatly appreciated.

Could be a skiing club pin, as it says DSC. any other opinions? Does not appear military, but a nice piece.

Maybe a pin for participation in or spectators at a Deutscher Schülercup (or Schüler Cup) skiing competition. I like it!
