Thanks Tom, this was the response i was about to write!
von Bernuth has been IDed as owning the above medal combination, and then with the ribbon bar that came with it and the pic we see above also...a dead on match! i just wanted a few opinions just incase i was seeing what i wanted to see!

Gen.Maj. Hagl again, i put the rings behind the ribbons!

After much searching i finally got the correct Bavarian Jubilee medal for the Gen.Maj. Hagl medal bar. He had the 1911 version and not the 1905 one that came with the bar.
