    Gebirgsjager medal - Opinions?

    Hello, all.....
    I'll be posting a large group of items for opinions and comments. So far, a few of
    them have been legit (and many have not.....) I'm grateful for your opinions and
    comments, since they further my education and knowledge.

        I guess you could call it a tinny or fob, made for the 2nd convalescent company of II./Gebirgsjäger Ersatz abteilung 98 commemorating christmas 1942 at their home depot at Garmisch. Don't think of it as any kind of award, it's just a commemorative keepsake.

          wow, I like that............. it's one thing to see the Edelweiss on a GB item, but to have it crossed with the Enzian...... thats a nice piece !!!!!!!!
